Graphene is a two-dimensional material composed of carbon atoms and sp2 hybrid orbital hexagonal honeycomb crystal lattice. Graphene has excellent optical, electrical and mechanical properties, and has important application prospects in materials science, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery. It is considered to be a revolutionary material in the future. At present, the self-developed patented graphene has better performance. We have created a 10-layered inexpensive alternative while increasing the efficiency by three times compared with the existing process. With superior graphene preparation technology, the graphene-enhanced lithium iron phosphate battery has been successfully applied in the field of new energy vehicles. The graphene-enhanced lithium iron phosphate power battery produced high cycle life (4000 times), high specific energy (160Wh/kg), high and low temperature performance (normal charge and discharge can be used at -20 ℃ ~ -25 ℃) and high rate performance (305.3% to 95.37% of 1C).

Special graphite

Kincaid Industrial Group possesses special graphite technology known as hot pressing sintering. It is a preparation technology that has the advantage of the shorter production cycle and easier to automate. It produces excellent product performance which can be used in mobile phone 3D glass mold, EDM mold and photovoltaic crystal silicon thermal field materials.

Hydrogen fuel cell platinum-based catalyst

Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are one of the three main trends for the renewable automobile industry. Compared with lithium-ion battery vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are truly zero-emission and pollution-free. Catalyst is the core material of hydrogen fuel cell. The cost can account for about 20% of the total hydrogen fuel cell. It is expected that by 2025, hydrogen fuel cells will usher in a period of rapid growth. By 2030, domestic hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will exceed 500,000 units.

The Group cooperates with strategic partners to jointly research and development on the engineering preparation for platinum-based catalysts by virtue of their respective technologies, resources, capital and platforms. In three years’ time, the group aims to create its first prototype.

With the vision to establish steady development for China’s green high-end new materials industry in the 21st century, the Group collaborates with governmental, business, and educational institutions to co-share intellectual property rights and expertise. At present, it has jointly declared its collaborative relationship with Inner Mongolia University, Inner Mongolia University of Technology, and Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology. Also, it has completed recruiting nearly 30 high-end talents such as Tsinghua University, Hunan University, Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Microsystems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other experts from universities and research institutes, and the national “Youqing”. It observes the policies of the country and the autonomous region in order to synergize the industrialization of research and development results from the aspects of professional technology research, talent training, intellectual property declaration, and scientific and technological achievements transformation to mediate high standard dialogue forum for the industry.
